I am a Certified/Licensed Athletic Trainer, and have been practicing since 2014. I graduated from the Athletic Training Education Program at the University of North Florida.

I am passionate about being able to help both athletes and the regular active person stay in robust form for whatever activities they are pursuing. Especially living here in the state of Washington, where there are so many physical activities to choose from, and where injuries can occur at anytime. As a part of the Orca Wellness group, I am excited to help people get stronger and stay active.

In my personal time I enjoy going on hikes, I weight lift, and play sports. I especially enjoy golf, volleyball, and basketball.
