Functional Exercise - Enhance how you move with evidence-based rehab and exercise techniques. Guided by a board-certified sports chiropractor, this approach builds strength, mobility, and resilience—tailored to your body’s needs and recovery goals.

Chiropractic Manipulation - Restore function and reduce pain with precise adjustments to the spine and joints (shoulder, ankle, knee, hip, neck, back). This boosts mobility, eases spasms, and promotes stability for better movement and recovery.

Medical Sports Massage - Accelerate healing with myofascial release, tool-assisted techniques (like Graston), and cupping. These target scar tissue, inflammation, and injured areas to support tissue repair and improve performance.

Sports Taping - Support joints and muscles with traditional or flexible taping methods. Designed to optimize muscle activation, enhance stability, and prevent re-injury—keeping you moving strong during recovery.
